Are you thinking what is exam fitness?
It's nothing but your physical, mental and emotional readiness for your exams
First let us see dome do's and dont's for Physical fitness for exams.
How do you get ready physically for exam?
*Eat Healthy-Stay healthy
* Eat a healthy diet*Eat more veggies and fruits, greens, eggs and milk.
*Drink plenty of water.
*Use non salted dry fruits and nuts for snaking
*Always prefer home cooked food
Don't:
*Don't eat outside food or packed foods. There might be stale or contaminated ingredients in them.
* Don't eat deep fried foods and junk foods, which makes you dehydrated and drowsy.
*Don't eat a heavy meals. Makes you more sleepy and dizzy.
*Don't drink caffeinated beverages like coke and energy drinks (In fact they will drain all the mineral out of your body)
How do you get ready mentally for exam?
Mental preparation: This is the preparation of your mind for the exams
Do's: *Spend at least 15 Mins a day for these three to boost your mind power
5mins of prayer/meditation/breathing
5 mins in early morning sunlight
5 mins listen to any relaxing music.
See that a minimum of 6 hours of sleep needed by your brains and eyes as well.
* take a short walk for few mins in the outdoors at least on your terrace.
Don'ts:
*Avoid watching TV (even for small duration) Because they show great impact on your thought process and leads to diversion while studying
*Mute your social media apps unless you have something useful for your exams
How do you get ready emotionally ready for exam?
Emotionally fit
*Do not listen to gossips and don't raise any arguments or debates with friends and family members. This will disturb your mind a lot and your concentration goes out of focus.
Do's
Control your fear:
Never let your fear decide your future.
Fear detoriates your performance, Hope boosts up your confidence. Think positively in every aspect of your examination. Don't worry about the result
Don't feel stressed:
Don't be over ambitious, Don't make challenges, Don't make promises.
These things make you stressed more.
Just assure your parents that you will do your best. and put your sincere efforts
Do your best and forget the rest
let the stress go.
you can be perfect, no matter how hard you try, so give yourself credit for making an effort and try to stop stressing about the result.
Control your worry:
If you have not done well in your pre finals, don't worry much about it. Yes it is a bitter pain. but it doesn't mean that you always get the same experience in every exam.
Don't sit in discussions on the completed exam. If you have done 1 or 2 questions wrong, don't worry it's common. Just forget about that exam and move on the next. Hoping the best.
