What Exercises and How Many?
Perform 5 repetitions of the BODY, SOUL, SPIRIT, and UNITY exercises every day, in this order. If you find this too much at one go, feel free to perform them in two, and do less repetitions in the morning and in the evening. It is always better to do less repetitions with bigger concentration. The key is to do the exercises every day!
We suggest to continue your practice with the MEDITATION exercise, and do it for 10-15 minutes. This exercise can be performed anywhere, at any time of the day, as much as you like, even during walking.
Always finish your practice with the tennis ball exercise or its modified version, so that the tension that may resurface as the result of the practice, may leave the body.
If you have high blood pressure, reflux, anxiety, or if you are pregnant, perform the modified versions of the exercises, with softer breathing.
When Is It Best to Practice?
The exercises can be performed at any time of the day, whenever you prefer, but it is best to practice in the morning and before meals. Should you practice after a meal, we suggest that you wait at least 1-1.5 hours after eating.
How to Continue?
When the 21 days are over and you feel like going on, feel free to continue! There is no need to make a break. If you like to be challenged, raise the daily repetitions of the exercises or come to one of our centers and feel the power of our group classes! If you prefer to practice at home, book a one on one class, where you can get exercises according to your energy pattern and goals. Classes can be booked via our website, after a short registration.
