Der Fasnachts-Brunnen (auch: Tinguely-Brunnen bzw. Carnaval) ist ein vom Künstler Jean Tinguely geschaffener Brunnen und steht auf dem Theaterplatz in der Schweizer Stadt Basel.
Er wurde zwischen 1975 und 1977 an der Stelle der Bühne des alten, abgebrochenen Stadttheaters gebaut und war ein Geschenk der 50-jährigen Migros an die Stadt Basel.
Der Brunnen mit zehn maschinellen Skulpturen in einem grossen Wasserbecken, welche zum Teil aus Versatzstücken, d.h. aus beweglichen, versetzbaren Teilen der ehemaligen Bühnenausstattung des Stadttheaters konstruiert wurden, zeigt die für Jean Tinguely typischen Wasserspiele. Diese werden durch Schwachstrommotoren bewegt und sprühen Wasserfontänen durch die Luft.
Die zehn Skulpturen haben folgende Namen:

The Fasnachts-Brunnen (also: Tinguely-Brunnen or Carnaval) is a fountain created by the artist Jean Tinguely and stands on Theaterplatz in the Swiss city of Basel.
It was built between 1975 and 1977 on the site of the stage of the old, demolished Stadttheater and was a gift from 50-year-old Migros to the city of Basel.
The fountain, with ten mechanical sculptures in a large water basin, partly constructed from set pieces, i. e. from movable, relocatable parts of the former stage equipment of the Stadttheater, shows the trick fountains typical of Jean Tinguely. These are moved by weak current motors and spray water fountains through the air.
The ten sculptures have the following names:
